Exhibition

Reserve your exhibition space

Exhibition area will provide a chance to contact the congress delegates for around 48 companies. To ensure maximum contact between exhibitors and delegates, poster sessions are organized and coffees are served at the exhibition area, which is located next to the lecture halls. This will offer a unique opportunity for companies to reach the highly influential audience.

The Main sponsors of the meeting will have the priority when assigning the spaces. Otherwise the spaces will be assigned on a first come first served basis. Supporting industrial members of the FCS will have lowered prices if the reservation is made before December 8th.

We recommend the use of official exhibition constructor as they are the experts with the venue.

Please notice, that all of the constructed walls must have a neat/presentable wall towards to the neighboring stand and unfinished like walls are permitted only when facing a building wall.
