EACCME accrediation – send your feedback by July 8

Thank you for taking part in the 27th Nordic-Baltic Congress of Cardiology, June 10-12, 2019 in Helsinki, Finland.

The 27th Nordic-Baltic Congress of Cardiology, Helsinki, Finland, 10/06/2019-12/06/2019 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 10 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

Each participant can only receive the number of credits he/she is entitled to according to his/her actual participation (days) at the event and the Certificate can only be issued once the participant has completed the feedback form.  The feedback dead-line is July 8, as we need to send the feedback report to the UEMS within four weeks after the accredited event has taken place. Unfortunately, we only received this accreditation during this weeks, so the reply time is short. We hope that you could still take time to fill in the evaluation form (link sent by e-mail).

You will be able to print out the Certificate only after the evaluation is submitted and it is not possible to come back and print it later. We recommend that you fill out the evaluation form on a device that is capable of printing, ie please, avoid using your mobile phone. If you cannot print at that particular moment, please mark the Certification as a book mark to your web browser.
